Or, Bring Your Own Buchanan
* Pat Buchanan has all but announced …
Buchanan started as a writer for a newspaper in
St. Louis, was a wordsmith during the Nixon
Administration, started a Left vs. Right radio
program in Washington, DC which morphed into
the Crossfire program on CNN and a regular
panelist gig on the McGlaughlin Group.
* H. Ross Perot … is the Dallas billionaire who started the Reform party and ran
as its Presidential nominee twice.
* Going from zero to 270 … It takes 270 electoral votes to be elected President.
Each state gets electoral votes which equal the number of Congressmen and
Senators from that state. When you vote for President you are actually voting for an
elector pledge to vote for your guy when the Electoral College meets later in the
year in Washington.
* B-Y-O-B… is a pun on the phrase … Oh, look who I’m telling what B-Y-O-B
stands for!
