File photo shows the interior of the South Korean parliament. The country has announced plans to raise next year's budget spending by 11 trillion won (US$8.5 billion dollars) to boost the economy amid the global slowdown.
This may be the only photo of the South Korean Parliament in existence which doesn't include members slugging each other.
