  • "� Harry Potter ...": Here is a link to a summary of the sales of the last Harry Potter book. Short version? A quarter of a BILLION dollars in sales in the first 24 hours.

    Add to that the most recent movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix has now raked in about $208 million in its first 10 days of release and you have a nice bit of change from the Harry Potter franchise.

    Saturday at RFK Stadium in Washington was Veterans Appreciation Day. As part of the pre-game activities the US Army's demonstration parachute team, the Golden Knights made a dramatic entrance.
