The sun is covered by the moon during a total solar eclipse in the Indian city of Varanasi. The longest solar eclipse of the 21st century cast a shadow over much of Asia, plunging hundreds of millions into darkness across the giant land masses of India and China.
Hillary missed a bet. She should have, like Hank Morgan in "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court", gone to India this week and threatened them with taking away the sun for keeps if they didn't agree to limit their pollution.
But then, who would we call when our computers break?
