- TITLE: "My Sweet Lord" The title of the 1970's song by Beatle George Harrison. Shortly after
his death last year, the track was re-released. It shot to number one on the British pop charts and #2 in the U.S.
I really want to see you
Really want to be with you
Really want to see you lord
But it takes so long, my lord
My sweet lord

- "... Under God ..." According to several readers, this phrase was added as the result of a considerable (and obviously successful)
nationwide effort by the Knights of Columbus. President Eisenhower said, of the K of C effort:
"These words will remind Americans that despite our great physical strength we must remain humble. They will help us to keep constantly in our minds and hearts the spritual and moral principles which alone give dignity to man, upon which our way of life is founded. For the contribution which your organization has made to this cause, we must be genuinely grateful."
- "... Lawdy, Miss Clawdy ..." A song written (and first performed) by Lloyd Price. Elvis Presley had a cover hit in the late 1950's. It has been a staple in rock groups' repertoires every since, having been recorded by (among others) The Hollies, Little Richard, The Buckinghams, and Paul McCartney.
