Unfairness Doctrine

Check out the new Mullings Blog.
An irregular, irreverent, and often irrelevent look at what I'm thinking about at any given moment!
" Mullblog ...": Please take a look at this. It is much more fun than I thought it would be. I think you'll like it. Let me know.
" Fairness Doctrine ...": Here's a link to the TV Museum's definition of the Fairness Doctrine.
" Equal Time Rule ...": And here's the link to the same organization's discussion of the Equal Time Rule.
" Feinstein ...": Here is the link to the Broadcasting & Cable coverage of Sen. Feinstein's dreadful idea.
" Air America ...": Ben Mankiewicz is one of the hosts on the Liberal (and always teetering on the brink of bankruptcy) talk radio network Air America. He's also the guy who hosts Turner Classic Movies on weekends.
Mullfoto of the Day
This lock and its hasp are on the lower third of a door near Mullings Central. Unless you (a) have no life and (b) are - how to say - built low to the ground you probably wouldn't notice that the lock is ... unlocked.
The building is abandoned. Well, it is supposed to be abandoned. Who knows how many families have moved in.
Catchy Caption of the Day
Actual Caption:
Bill Barnes, 72, of Walker, Mich., stands in the Next Door Store, Monday, June 25, 2007, where he thwarted an attempted pickpocket. He pummeled the man into submission and a store manager held the suspect down until police arrived.

And here we see a photo of the perp:
