• TITLE: "Secret Memo: Do Not Read" A computer disk containing a Powerpoint presentation about the GOP and Democratic strategies for the fall campaign was discovered by a Democratic staffer in downtown Washington.

  There was nothing in the presentation which hasn't been the subject of almost constant discussion by every political operative in Washington for the past four months.
