- "... GOP Convention ...": The Buffalo News had it about right. Sixteen years of Governor George Pataki has sucked the oxygen out of the New York GOP.
The photo attached to this story is of Mrs. McFarland and her daughter, Fiona, who has only six days of vacation this summer following her sophomore year at college, but chose to spend two of them helping place her mom's name in nomination for US Senate.
Fiona is a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis.
