  • "…a card-carrying member of the VRWC…" The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.

  • "You can lead a horse to Wellesley …" Is a take on a pun. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink, was punned by Dorothy Parker at the Algonquin Round Table as "You can lead a horse to VASSAR but you can't make him THINK." Wellesley was not reported to have been the subject of a Parker Pun.

    Texas under Governor Bush:
