- TITLE: "The Road to Nowheresville" "Nowheresville" is a phrase left over from the 1950's when hip cats
talked their jive. "That's nowheresville, man" meant, more or less, "bad idea."
Nowheresville is where Ashleigh Banfield is headed, and where I'd like the United Nations to go.
