Catchy Caption of the Day
Actual Caption:
Children play outside of an evacuation center at Sendai, Japan, on March 14 in the wake of the quake and tsunami that struck the region. Japan's envoy Kaoru Ishikawa to Canada said Thursday that Japanese orphans would greatly benefit from visiting summer camps in the Canadian wilds after losing parents in the recent quake and tsunami.
Wasn't their fault, but the children will suffer the most.
