Mullfoto of the Day
Sunrise over the Mullmobile yesterday morning.
Catchy Caption of the Day
Actual Caption:
Michigan State University graduate student Jin Shan adds a dry substrate consisting of 50 percent maple dust, 44 percent high density polyethylene, recovered from milk jugs, and 6 percent lubricants to an extruding machine that will produce lumber at the Natural Resources Building on the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
The same formula, substituting manure for the maple, is used to produce manure based lumber products.
Questions? Yes? In the back?
Uh ... who -- I'm not sure how to ask this -- who was, like, sitting around the student union and thought: "Hey, I wonder what happens if we substitute manure for maple dust?"
