    This is a pretty good idea, suggesting that people "take the stairs" on the elevator certificate. The problem is the elevator certificate is inside the elevator making it really difficult to take the stairs.

    A better idea would be to put a sticker suggesting people "take the stairs" on the outside of the elevator - perhaps attached to the metal plate in which the up and down buttons are placed.

    Memo to Governor Crist: You wanna be VP? You gotta think about these things.
