- " Michelle Obama ...": Here's a link to Mark Silva's blog in the Chicago Tribune in which Michelle Obama rails against the use of her husband's middle name.
- " Queen Gertrude ...": Here's a link to a discussion of Hamlet's slightly irregular mom.
Note: I was not comparing Michelle Obama to Queen Gertrude. I was pointing out Gertrude's famous critique of the queen in a play she had just seen: "The lady doth protest too much, methinks." Hamlet Act III, Scene II.
- " King Hussein of Jordan ...": Here's a link to the bio of King Hussein from an official Jordanian website.
- " The Three A.M. Ad ...": If you haven't seen it, here's the YouTube link. Click on the stop button when Hillary's face comes up at the end and you'll see what I was talking about.
- " CNN ...": Here's the link to CNN's regularly updated (and excellent) web page showing the delegate counts and state results for the Presidential primaries and caucuses.
Mullfoto of the Day
At the park along the Potomac River in Old Town Alexandria on Sunday Afternoon. Marvelous.
Catchy Caption of the Day
Actual Caption:
A view of the debating chamber in the Scottish Parliament. Lawmakers in Scotland are being asked to push for a posthumous pardon of everyone found guilty under ancient witchcraft laws, including a spiritualist who was convicted during World War II.
They'll do it. Or else. Does the phrase "Wee shrunken heads" mean anything?
