- "� Riyadh Travelogue ...": I just re-read this and it holds up very well. If you never have, it was about trip into Riyadh while I was stationed in Baghdad. Here's the link to "Ranger Rick Rides into Riyadh."
- "� Jeddah Economic Forum...": All teasing aside, this is a very well-organized conference. To read about it, here is a link to the JEF website.
- "� Hamlet ...": Here's a link to a page which contains the entire text of Hamlet as well as a good enough thumbnail sketch of the plot so you can fake it the next time this comes up in conversation.
- "� Bacon ...": Francis Bacon, a contemporary of Shakepeare's often cited as the real author of the plays. Here's a link to a page which names of others whom Shakespearian conspiracy buffs believe might have been unnamed contributors.

This is the escalator in the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah. It is obviously possible to construct an escalator which curves like this, but I couldn't help feeling I was looking at an M.C. Escher drawing.
