Mullfoto of the Day
I found this plaque on the side of a building on 13th Street yesterday afternoon.
It got my attention because so many people are agog about the Consumer Electronics Show going on in Las Vegas this week showing off the latest and greatest gizmology.
130 years ago someone did something very cool. If they had only named it "Bluetooth" they would have been really, really rich.
Catchy Caption of the Day
Actual Caption:
An unidentified Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officer (C) leaves his post at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, in this still image taken from a January 3, 2010 TSA surveillance video, released on January 7. The security scare that shut the Newark, New Jersey airport for hours and delayed thousands of passengers was caused by a man who slipped into a secure area to give a woman a goodbye kiss, the video released on Thursday showed. FOR EDITORIAL USE ONLY. NOT FOR SALE FOR MARKETING OR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
I'm pretty creative but I can't think of a marketing or advertising campaign that would cause me to come running into a conference room saying, "I've got it! I've got this foggy vidcap from a surveillance video!"
