I'm Baaaack
Ok, I know this is lame but it is also true: I lost my nifty Sprint Aircard which allowed me to post stuff from cars, sitting on fences, hotel lobbies, and where ever.
The Aircard belonged to the Thompson campaign so I needed to get all the info (phone number, account name, etc.) before I plunked down my $300 to replace it which I have now done.

I'm confused Rich. Are you saying that (1) you lost there card and replaced it, or (2) that they took it back from you and you got another one? You are still on the Campaign staff, right?
You've got an aircar? Like George Jetson??? Oh! An air card ! Never mind!
We love our air cards...I have a Verizon one and my husband has a Sprint card. They are the best things in the world. You can be anywhere and still logged-in for work! =)
Please search the MSM reporters in tow. Yes, of course they're thieves, but "it's just a practical joke" for them, so they can snicker and "fix that" blankity blank neocon nazi stormtrooper with his total end of the world leader. It's like stealing the W keys, or the silverware, or couches, or Air Force One items, it's like all the towels and soap and kleenex from their hotels... it's their "right" to do such things to "save democracy" - like Dan Rather says he doing with a lawsuit...
They ALL think that way.
Good luck, I'd leave the screen off with the built in camera recording 24/7 in a looping harddrive partition so when something else is missing, the real news can begin.
Damn handy those aircards. I've lost mine a few times as well. I finally learned how to use my phone as a modem so even when the card is unavailable, I can get on and take care of business. Welcome back.
Hey Rich:
Glad you're on board with Thompson. Hope you can keep Cruella in line and out of sight. While I doubt that after having had a couple of children she qualifies for the sobriquet "trophy wife," the impressions of this woman out here in the country are not good, and she does not match up at all well with either Laura Bush or Lynn Cheney.
Re your: ">My own take is this: Thompson did way well enough. After his nervousness at answering the first question out of the box, he settled down and used facts when necessary, rhetoric when necessary, home-spun common sense when necessary and humor when appropriate...>"
I agree. Thompson did fine; more than that, his answers were rational and adult, and aided giving the impression that he is, in fact, a serious man. His "Christopher" response was priceless.
Re your" ">Here's a tip for the political geniuses at NBC: Two hours is too long"... I'd add: particularly when Chris Matthews is involved. My G-D! Chris Matthews as a "Moderator." That's almost as implausible as a "Peace Process" involving Palestinian Arabs.
Three of the top candidates have had a bout with cancer, and Thompson, I believe, still looks somewhat the worse for wear. Hopefully, that's a short-term situation reflecting the proximity to his recent chemo treatments.
While Thompson may be a strong conservative, one wonders whether he's son-of-a-bitch-enough to deal successfully with the Clintons, the Dems and our World War vs Iran and Sunni Jihadists [in that order].
I'm still undecided; however, at this moment, I think I'd like to see a Giuliani/Thompson, Giuliani/Hunter, Giuliani/McCain [If McCain can be kept on target with Iraq and away from his lib/dem friends], or even Giuliani/Huckabee [painful] ticket.
Obviously, I believe that Rudy's credentials [particularly at DOJ and civilizing & sanitizing NYC] demonstrate sufficiency in the SOB area. mariana
